Who I Am
With over 30 years of international experience in the jewellery and luxury sectors, I specialise in sustainable innovation and precious-metal additive manufacturing (Metal AM).
Currently, I serve as a Visiting Lecturer at Sotheby’s Institute of Art, leading the Luxury & Sustainability module. Previously, I directed the MA in Luxury Jewellery Management at Birmingham City University, achieving a 100% student-satisfaction rate. My mission is to mentor the next generation of professionals who aspire to shape a responsible luxury sector.
What I Believe
True luxury is not defined by price alone. It is defined by integrity, craftsmanship, and responsibility. Whether I am mentoring students, consulting with brands, or working with community groups, my mission remains the same: to inspire emerging professionals, managers, and leaders to build a future where beauty and ethics coexist.
Community Impact
Beyond academia and industry, I am passionate about community empowerment. I am launching a lifestyle startup designed to involve local women interested in authenticity, fostering connection through shared values and responsible creativity.
Academic Foundation & Credentials
My academic foundation includes a Degree in Jewellery Design from the European Institute of Design (IED, Milan) and an MBA specialising in ethical and sustainable innovation for the precious-jewellery market—knowledge I later expanded to the broader luxury arena.
I am recognised as:
Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA)
Associate Chartered Manager (ACMI)
Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE)
Carbon Literacy certified by the United Nations
